Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes, across Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto and Bayahíbe. Tell us the hotel and we confirm the pickup time the evening before.
How far ahead should we book?
A day or two is usually enough. Saona, Coco Bongo on a Friday and private charters fill earlier, especially December to April.
Do we pay now?
You pay the guide on the day of the tour. Booking holds your place.
What if the weather turns?
If the sea or the weather stops a tour running, we move you to another day or another excursion, whichever you prefer.
