Booked a snorkeling trip to Catalina Island. No one spoke to us, just talked to each other. Once we got out to the place to snorkel it was full of sargassum and trash. They loaded all of the divers gear on the divers on the boat and handed us goggles. We asked for snorkle gear and they said they don’t have any. We tried to argue but no one spoke English. Once we finally found a translator they got a speed boat to pick us up and go to the island early. The island was lame, murky water and over populated with tourists. We couldn’t wait to get home. On the boat ride home it was so rocky kids were crying and adults were vomiting. No communication whatsoever to the passengers. We will never ever do this again. Save your money. Oh and it’s a full 2 hours from Punta Cana, don’t let them tell you any different.
